En general estaba bien

La cocina estaba sucia la encimera no estaba limpia y estaba pegajosa, además se oía un ruido en la habitación un pitido de la alarma de incendios, se oía el ruido de la calle

L'emplacement, les équipements, la gentillesse et la réactivité des propriétaire. Proche des commerces, proche de la plage ou il est facile de se baigner (je pense aux enfants), proche des écoles de surf (c'est une activité à faire !!!), proche de la gare pour se rendre à Porto. Le logement correspond en tout point à la description. Je reviendrai :)

Le bruit, mais c'est lié à l'emplacement, le studio était au rez-de-chaussée et donne sur la rue.

Very clean. Impeccable place. Mostly quiet. Walkable to beach and main streets etc.

They use strong scented cleaning products though so ask ahead for otherwise if sensitive.
