Hotel Villablanca

Estuvo muy bien casi todo, un poco fria el agua de la alberca, la gente muy amable.

Habitacion para minusvalidos limpia y amplia.

Me pareció bien salvo que no cuentan con servibar en el cuarto y su baño hace mucho ruido al abrir la regadera.

Comfortable rooms and facilities. Friendly staff. The parking lot is near the rooms.

Bastante viejo el hotel pero está bien ubicado y bien para estar en tehuacan

This is a lovely hotel, with warm and friendly staff. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel room, the services provided, and the attention to detail in celebrating the local area. The hotel staff arranged transport to/from the airport, which was really helpful and appreciated. The food on offer at the hotel was fantastic, and (as an English person) appreciated their take on the Fish & Chips combo. The only small point of improvement in the room would be making the power sockets more accessible if possible. It was difficult to charge phones and other electronic devices as the plug sockets were quite hidden away.

The hotel is well located, close to shopping centers and restaurants. The Check-in process was bad. The reception didn’t know anything about my reservations. Front desk staff was rude, never smiled, no welcome greetings. The room had very old towels, the beds were very uncomfortable. I would not stay there again.
