Excellent food variety and quality. The Japanese toilet and indoor pool were wonderful additions to the stay.

The bed was too soft and could be firmer. The staff were nice, but could be more friendly and welcoming with a smile. The stay felt more self-service compared to the experience at 5-star hotels in Bali. Most 5-star hotels in other cities, such as Bandung and Bali, other cities in Java island and they offer complimentary welcome drinks and afternoon tea.
