Sophia Castle View

I highly recommend Sophia Castle View! The accommodation was so clean and nice with a great location. We especially enjoyed the pool. Athanasios and his staff were also extremely helpful. He helped booked us a transfer from the airport and to the ferry port. He also provided recommendations for restaurants in Oia. Top notch customer service. Would stay here again.

The room is located at a very excellent place which could directly see the castle of Oia and the sunset. There are many stores and bars surrounded.

The location was very crowded, because the Oia castle is just there and you would not feel the privacy on the top because people will keep crossing by. The views are great, but you don't really get to see the sunset when you're in the outdoor area. The outdoors are very small. The Jacuzzi was not at all hot. The staff helped us move the luggage as this property is not accessible by vehicles, but they were also asking for the tip, I mean for what? Overall it's a bad deal for what you pay!

This place probably has one of the best views in Oia. Great spot for the sunset.

Loved the whole experience. Being our third trip to Santorini where we never had stayed at a place on the island with the postcard view, we simply wanted to find a place that had the views. We didn't so much care about walking around visiting places on the island. Basically staying in and enjoying the room and views. Well this place doesn't disappoint. It's views and amenities are amazing. You don't need to leave if staying for a few days. Even cooked up our own Octopus and enjoyed this with wine on the balcony. Views are the best. Definitely one in the best places we have stayed in. Best tip I can give is take the transfer organised by Sophia Castle View to and from the ferry or airport who took or luggage to the venue (it not fun to do yourself given the steps etc) and clearly saved us from trying to find it. It's not cheap but not much is in Santorini in the summer.

Perfect sunset spot but it is ridiculous busy in peak season! Cute little balcony to enjoy drinks or food. They allowed us to check in early which we were very greatful for. It’s a very basic but pretty room, comfortable bed! Expensive but expected for oia in santorini.

We waited where instructed for a porter to meet us. After 1hr and multiple phone calls we decided to walk to the room ourselves, we then waited another half an hour to be greeted. I was very disappointed to arrive and realise we didn’t have the pool. Don’t be fooled when it advertises accomadation with a hot tub pool. This is the downstairs accomadation. The have a seperate room upstairs. Due to crowds it was hard to access the accommodation especially during sunset. Breakfast would be great benefit for the owners to consider including considering how much you pay for the room.
