Security

Front receptionist and wait time. Didn’t get to stay. Waited over 30 mins to check in. As I was called to check in, a customer who was having issues she had skip me to assist him, and didn’t know how to help him. I ended up not checking in and left. I requested to cancel and had to look to stay somewhere else. I better get a cancellation and no charge still waiting.

The best thing about the property was the gentleman that checked us in. He was kind, nice & helpful.

No toilet paper in the room, bare bones , no tissues, only 2 towels and a/c kept shutting off.

"It was OK could’ve been better, but I will only go back due to the fact that it’s in the best location for what I needed"

The location was perfect for what I needed

The bed was very loud an makes noise just tossing and turning thought I was gonna fall through and the blankets weren’t thick and room didn’t stay cold enough
