Vista incrivel, acomodação confortável e ampla, muitos utensílios disponíveis, boa localização.

Poderia ter ventilador de teto na varanda, para melhorar a ventilação na area, tendo em vista que a janela da varanda nao abria totalmente (estava quebrada) e nao corre vento muito bem, é bem quente na area da varanda, e as portas tem que se manter fechadas quando a churrasqueira está ligada pois fica muita fumaça, um ventilador de teto seria muito útil na area
