Natura Aloha Beach Resort

Theresa, the manager was amazing! She really helped us through all the issues we had with our room. She cleaned up the floor by herself and made the housekeepers come back with new sheets, pillow cases and blankets.

The rooms were not as clean as I hoped. I’m pretty sure our bed sheets were never changed from the previous guests as they had hair and sand in them. The floor had some kind of wet stain on it and the room smelled terrible.

The facilities were all separate. I feel since we booked through a 3rd party, we were treated like "the others".

Space for a family of 5. Loved the pools, beach, hottubs, and waterpark. Also, the wristbands for keys was nice for everyone in the family.

Would have loved to have a continental breakfast. Hot tub could use more jets and cleaning.

Loved the area.

Our room was not clean, the bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat, sheets with stains. The towels had stains on them as well. We had joining rooms. These rooms are definitely dated. Pool area was not clean. Hair all over the floor.

Everything, staff was great room was awesome

Найбільше сподобалося, що в оплату включено похід до аквапартку. Красива територія та басейни. Можливість смвачно харчуватися в кафе, які поруч. Рекомендую.
