"Not worth the inconvenience nor comfort level"

Location

Upon arrival was told the hot tub was not working and told had to go elsewhere at another property. The beds were COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE!

"Beautiful views, needs some basic maintenance"

Clean , new, comfortable, great views

The ice machine outside our door was broken. Also, our refrigerator didnโ€™t have a door on the freezer so all our food froze over night. This hotel needs some basic maintenance.

Easy to find, friendly & professional staff during a late night check-in, room was clean and comfortable, game room off the pool

I thought it was closer to downtown, but that was on me, not the facility

"Loved the the Aloha Resort. It was perfect for what we wanted but I wish the room was more secure."

The place was perfect! The kiddos had a blast! The staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I didnt like that the doors that divided the family suite bedrooms didnt latch or lock properly. Also I didnt like that the main door didnt have an extra lock system like a chain or flip over latch. I have a 2 year old escape artist who would open and run out the main door and down the hallway any chance he got.
