Mel was a great host, and when we expressed interest in meeting the horse she let us join her to give Mimi her dinner. The accommodation was great and had everything we needed.

The only downside was that the water pressure was lacking. Still a great stay.

The house is well equipped with nice touches like coffee pods, bottle of sparkly and basically everything you'd need for self-catering accommodation. Beds are nice and comfortable. It's a cosy little house.

We found it quite dusty, with cobwebs on the ceiling, dust around the place, and under the bed, for example. The major issue we had was that you have to let the 'hot' water run for approx 5 minutes before it gets hot. We found this heart breaking to do due to the huge water wastage involved. Not only this, but it wasn't clear what tap/side of the tap was hot or cold, so we had to run each for a long time before finding the hot water.

Just loved our stay here. The apartment was so cozy and clean. Felt completely at home instantly. Had everything anyone needed while on vacation. Close to Kilkenny which has abundance of attractions.

This is a beautiful property and is more gorgeous than the photos show. Private with a secure entry gate. Comfy beds. Nespresso machine. Very convenient, short drive to town. Owner left us coffee pods, milk, and biscuits.

If it weren't for the very strong stain odor inside we would have rated this property a 10. Unfortunately it was not possible to open windows to let fresh air inside.

Gem of a spot very thoughtful cottage with all the details and facilities, easy access to Kilkenny town.

This beautifully appointed rental was an oasis for us…we needed to ‘refuel’ our souls and this stay accomplished that. We were centrally located so that we could take day trips but be back in time for dinner.
