La atención telefónica y personal de los empleados.

Para ser un hotel enfocado al descanso y relajación. Resulta molesto e inaceptable que los huéspedes madrugadores (5:30h.) hablen gritando y molestando a los demás. Me despertaron a esa hora y tuve que llamar la atención para que dejaran de dar voces. NO PUDE DESCANSAR LO SUFICIENTE.

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación limpia, sencilla pero bonita. Jardín amplio y bonito donde está ubicada la piscina.

La habitación olía un poco a humedad , pero abrimos las ventanas al Llegar y se ventiló rápido .

Lo mejor: la atención del personal de recepción. Encantadoras nos hicieron sentir muy bien y atendieron perfectamente a todas nuestras dudas. Adicionalmente, la habitación era muy espaciosa y luminosa y muy cómoda y la bañera, un verdadero lujo.
