The location, even though i booked ac room the ac was not working and asking for extra money for AC.

The room and property is clean, hot water available but found small Cockroaches running on bed.

Upon check in I was asked to pay 3000 extra amount then it was showen on booking.com and also asked to do complete stay payment in advance.A day before my check out multiple staff came to ask me to check it was like harrasment and when l tod them to check my booking properly they said okay and after that no one even apologise I was with my family and that was the only reason l booked everything in advance but still of no use and ones reached don't wanted to check rooms here and there because l had my kid with me below are some weird Points to note . 1) No water heater in non AC rooms. 2) Water heater is there in common area for non AC rooms and in that common area some guest are drinking alcohol during our stay so was discomfort for family travellers. 3) House staff was brought by some receptionist staff to us as asking for tips . 4)When we initially enquired of cooking gas rates they told us 400 per day and next day told us 250, and 3 day some staff again came and told us to pay only 100 rupes per day was not able to understand why so much difference. 5) we booked room in Hotel Orchard Inn but when we reached we was checked in hoteI called Infant Jesus.

Nothing. We did not even stay there.

We did not even stay there. as the rooms were damp, with fungus on the walls, smelly and dirty.
