a littlen bit noisy during the night as it is next to a highway

The room was nice and cool and clean for the most part. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was solid.

The bathroom had a large clump of hair on the floor when we got there and our towels never got replaced. Breakfast was not complementary and not even the water bottles in the room were complementary.The beds were not the best comfort wise.

Estuve solo 2 noches no vinieron a limpiar la avitacion mi cuarto estaba hacia la autopista así que demasiado ruido no pude dormir bien.

Convenient location right off the freeway, friendly staff.

The beds were not comfortable. We arrived late and got a disability room, so not sure if they were different than other rooms. One bed had a big divet on the side, so I had to sleep on one side of the bed, the mattress felt cheap and hard and the pillows were lumpy, as if full of cut up foam.

We travel quite a bit between Phx & San Francisco. This is a great mid-point in Pomona. We have stayed here several times, found it very clean, comfortable and near the freeway, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

We are disappointed that this hotel charges for breakfasts. As a Hilton Honors member even, you would figure a discount or voucher would be given.
