Our villa truly exceeded our expectations. It is even better than the photos, as they don’t fully capture the unique luxury home feeling you experience in person. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The design is beautiful, with impressive architectural details and thoughtful aesthetics. We spent several days enjoying the villa and had the chance to experience all the services. Room service was outstanding—fast, efficient, and very attentive. Laundry service was equally excellent. We also dined multiple times at the hotel’s restaurant; both breakfast and dinner were delicious, generous, and reasonably priced. The gelato is a must-try. We also visited the spa and had a massage, which was excellent and very relaxing. A big thank you to the entire team, especially for the lovely birthday cake surprise for my husband—it was a wonderful touch. Highly recommended.

This is my second hotel in Bali. The staff were amazing in their service, even better than many five star hotel staff. The rooms and facilities were well maintained, and the free gelatos make us sweat less in bali.

Well, my stay is too short. Would definitely checked in for a longer time.

sometimes it could be loud at night due to the location. you can hear loud music, but we were warned beforehand.
