They don't provide the check-in information and can't get a refund after I contacted the property several times. Very disappointed!
We were relocated at the last minute to an undesirable area with limited access to services. 33 MIDI Blvd. The unit was in disrepair and soap was not provided in the bathroom. You have to take out your trash and there is an up charge for cleaning. The woman who checked us in was lovely. Other staff members need to work on customer service skills as they were very unhelpful. We were disappointed in this place.
It was a very convenient location, but it was very noisy if windows were opened, they do not have AC in the unit, shower head was broken, drainage in showers not fast enough even though the water pressure is low, toilet seats do not align well. Very stinky when I first opened the bathroom door, it felt like someone boomed the bathroom before we arrived. Pillows smelt really bad like old moldy sweat smell, but the sheets and pillows covers were very clean. It is a walk up building, do not choose it if you plan on bringing heavy luggages.
