"A pleasant stay overall, thanks to the lovely staff and good food, but the housekeeping needs improvement."

All the waiters were extremely pleasant and attentive, and the reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. The food was tasty and fairly diverse.

The cleaning on the 5th floor was disappointing. Starting from the fifth day of our stay, apart from changing the towels, the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

This is one of the best hotels i ever visited the cleanliness not just in the room in the whole building was exceptional the food was very good I just regret it we didn’t tried it on the first night staff was very friendly and it was very quiet in the corridors that means you can have a good sleep

"September stays"

Our stay was great. Breakfast offers good choices. Dinner was very delicious. From the previous 4 hotels we visited, the best meals were served here. Staff very polite and friendly. Special thanks to the two lady managers that took the extra mile to make us feel very welcome. Also the housekeeper for the 5th floor. Thanks again, and keep the good work. 😊

Not a big deal but coffee could be better. 😊

"Top staff and nice hotel in Golden Sands"

The staff, especially the general manager: our initial room had a really bad smell to it so we discussed it with the receptionist. The GM was immediately on this issue and offered to change our room to one that turned out perfect. Later during the week she also offered a free dinner voucher as an apology for the situation. Top customer skills! The hotel is nice, breakfast very good and tasty. We recommend rooms facing the pool.

Golden Sands as a resort and the beach which was very crowded. Everyone is requesting cash only payments , even in some restaurants. St Constantine and Helen near by resort has much nicer beaches and overall vibe.
