I liked the clerk at front desk when I checked out. Despite my disappointment with the hotel she was polite and smiled though my complaint.

They have signs in section where pool was stating quiet after 7 pm. Well they put a bunch of people with a bunch of kids on second floor. We were on 1st. They had kids running up n down halls and occupied the pool recklessly and screaming and we did not care to be in pool where there was 30 kids screaming jumping, throwing balls and parents were drinking in hallway talking loudly. Called front desk 3 times no answer. Finally called me back and I complained. They informed me that they were dealing with it and already had multiple complaints. I told them I just went outside for a smoke and they didn't stop anything. So they sent someone again as I seen him come out of pool area and before door shut had to turn around and tell them again. Hotels need to control these hockey or other sports teams on their visits that they can't just rule the floor they are on like it's the kids own playground n parents sit in rooms and drink. I get the sales are there but other people with respect pay for their rooms and expect a quality of service. Hotels need to start setting examples and enforce rules and start eviction of these people. If they have no place to stay then they start to respect but they know now that oh we fill wings of the hotel they won't do shit.

Pool was warm. Continental breakfast was good.
