Very friendly staff, we arrived late, check in was seamless. Upstairs room, very clean, and was cleaned daily . Each room had a large fridge, best of all a water dispenser which is far better than pesky bottles. We opted to include breakfast, it was delightful, more than adequate. We also ate at the onsite Warung, the food, service & prices were outstanding. Location in Central Sanur was wonderful, short walk to the main road & beach. Fantastic value for money, probably better for short stays, it's not a resort so maybe not great kids.

Pool a little cool for some and a bit slippery . I could imagine that some people would not enjoy the walk back at night, we didn't have an issue.
