El sofa cama el colchon. No habia tostador Esperaba 1 habitacion y 1 sofa cama. No una separacion entre la cama y el sofa cama por un armario

"Sauberes, modernes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gut für einen Kurztripp, Aber ohne Frühstück!!!"

Das Hotel liegt in einem belebten Viertel, das eher an einen einfachen Stadtteil erinnert. Es liegt unweit der Metro und Busstation. Man ist in ca 20Minuten im Zentrum. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse, das einfach genial war.Der seitliche Blick auf Sacre Coeur war toll und die Lage zum Innenhof auch ruhig.

Leider gab es für die große Terrasse keine Möbel und keinen Sonnenschirm, so dass man sich mit den Zimmer Stühlen behelfen musste. Auf das Frühstück kann man verzichten. Es ist einfallslos, wenig, nicht abwechslungsreich, spartanisch. Man musste ständig bitten, das etwas nachgelegt wird. Kein frisches Obst, zwei Sorten Wurst, zwei Sorten Käse und immer dasselbe. Ein Mitarbeiter, der nicht direkt motiviert war und auch beim Abräumen der Tische nicht hinterher war.Teilweuse haben die Gäste die Tische abgeräumt und alleine eingedeckt. Es besteht Handlungsbedarf, odee ein zweiter Mitarbeiter für die Frühstücksversersorgung.

La habitación estaba muy limpia. Se valora los detalles que te dejan de cortesía. Dispones de utensilios de cocina, cubiertos, un pack de limpieza para la cocina, tabla de planchar... muy muy completo, no eché en falta nada durante mi estancia. La terraza eleva la comodidad durante la estancia. Cuentan con unas taquillas para el día de tu check out no tengas que cargar con tu equipaje (con monedas de 50 cent o 1 euro). Según entras la recepción tiene muy buen olor. Check in autónomo, sencillo y cómodo. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

La habitación era un poco oscura, tenía poca luz natural. El precio un poco elevado teniendo en cuenta, que no dejamos de estar en Carabanchel.
