Great location, very close to the Cornell campus. Very nice staff!

In my room, there is hair on the floor and in the bed,and also not ventilated. Always feel the dampness in the room.

Nette kamers, prima hotel! De gratis koffie in de ochtend en de thee was erg fijn. Personeel gaf tips en was vriendelijk. Locatie top voor het bezoeken van de verschillende watervallen in de buurt.

Great little place. Owner was there on arrival, told us a lot about the place (a former dorm for the law school). Decor was all about the University, they went all in. We were very comfortable.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They gave me great recommendations for things to do in Ithaca and allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is great and close to Cornell's campus.

Excellent service with genuine warmth, the opposite of "corporate vibes". If something's not ideal, talking to the staff is all it takes to make it right. The beds are superb, which is my #1 consideration in a hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but since I wasn't spending a lot of time in the room, this wasn't a problem for me. The location is great for visiting Cornell and downtown isn't too far either.
