للاسف الفندق تغير مستواه جداً كان من الفنادق المحببه والمفضله بالخدمة والنظافه لكن الواضح تغير مالك الفندق وصار مستوى الفندق سيء جداً لا من حيث الاستقبال ولا التعامل ومستوى النظافة اصبح سيء جداً لا اكرر الزيارة بعد هذه الزيارة ابداً 💔

Very disappointed with the service. I had reserved the room one month in advance. On Eid day, I arrived at the hotel for check-in around 3:00 PM, but the reception informed me that the room was not ready and asked us to wait for one hour. However, we waited for almost two hours and still did not receive the room. After that, the receptionist stopped responding properly and simply said they were short-staffed because of Eid. After waiting for two hours with family and kids, and receiving no proper response or solution, we decided to move to another hotel at a much higher price. I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor service and lack of professionalism.

مكان الفندق جيد

نظافة المكان سيئة جدا و تعامل الريسبشن اسوء ما يكون و عدم معرفتهم بسياسة المكان و مش فاهمين اي حاجة خصوصا الشاب في المساء مش فاهم اي حاجة، و البنتين في الصباح مش عارفين ولا فاهمين سياسة المكان. و الماء في الحمام كان ضعييف جدا جدا

Quoit and very luxury hotel nice roof swimming pool also massage service staff at reception was so friendly smile face I wish my journey is longer but for sure I'm back to this hotel its under new management that's why when I but short vedio recoding on what's up status I got surprised from cousin sending me massage telling ooh no bro don't tell me u are in alkhobar he mentions wich floor I'm room number and name of the hotel gues how did he now from that vedio recods he was booked same room before 24 hours what such surprised me I loved that I hardly recommend to visit price is cheap service and quality ***** five star spaces the room waaaw wonderful u 😍

The location is not near the city centre, but if u are looking for the quit area, look for this hotel
