Britannia Penthouse

Lots of space for our group of 4 plus 2 bathrooms. Tram very close, good deck, well equipped kitchen.

One unusual feature -unusually high toilet in ensuite bathroom! 🤣

The location, large rooms and huge tele with a private car parking space, nice views and staff were brilliant.

The property didn’t feel very clean. The floors and cabinet handles were all sticky and stained, the oven was barely useable, the iron was unsafe with open faulty wiring, there were no curtains in any of the rooms so it was bright sunlight at 5am which wasn’t ideal and the outside balcony spaces were really unclean, bird mess and really bad rotten wood on the railings. The handbook mentioned something about cleaning costing an additional £65 which we found really odd, surely cleaning should be a standard procedure before every guest check-in?

Lovely apartment in a great location, well equipped with almost everything you could need.

Only that there was no handwash in the bathrooms.
