Unfortunately… I was extremely disappointed with my stay.. I arrived planning to stay there two nights. Upon arrival the staff was nice.. but I couldn’t find it in me to sleep in the conditions the room was in. I slept the first night in my vehicle and decided to go home early to avoid sleeping in there the second.. the toilet paper WAS NOT replaced when we arrived and the bathtub was insanely dirty.. I could not bare to shower or even use the restroom.. the group of people who stayed in the room next to us ended up leaving early as well.. not a great experience at all

It was nasty, the bed covers and mattress had cigarette holes and was dirty full of stains and looked unwashed. The lamp shade was busted up. The curtains had holes, and trash was still under the bed. The tub was really nasty, paint chipped off, and there was graffiti on the door of the bathrooms. The room even had an odor. No towels, no wash cloths, no remote, no Wi-Fi. Crackheads was hanging around and even the police was there when I got there. In general It was overpriced for what I got, I wished I could’ve rated it 0 stars.

The worst place ever. We just need to rest we were driving from Santa Barbara and we couldn’t stay so we left that was a disgusting place.

The room was very dirty. I walked in, stayed for about 2 minutes, then we left and never came back. The front office showed me a new room we could take instead that was worse than the one we were given. The door did not completely close, the curtains were ripped and broken, there were stains all over the bed sheets, pee on the floor in the bathroom, graffiti on the dressers, floors that I would not walk on barefoot, the list goes on. And that is just what I saw in the 2 minutes I was there. My friend and I left and did not come back. For $170 a night, I expect to at least have some clean bed sheets. $170 is a lot for a night! I usually don't write reviews, but this one is well deserved.

The property was NOT clean. Blood stains on the beds. Water falling from the ceiling in the bathroom. Smelled horrible. Didn’t even end up staying because we were not comfortable to do so.

Staffs are very friendly & helpful but condition & comfort of property not worth the price.

Really appreciate the attentiveness of the staff; you’re getting what you pay for. Very convenient location that’s safe and quiet. Satisfied with overall stay; for a weekend event for new year’s.
