Большой просторный номер Стандарт. С балкончиком. Холл с красивым атриумом и картинами на стенах в грузинском стиле. На центральной оживленной улице с кафе, ресторанами, пекарнями. Недалеко от современной застройки и от озера с дельфинарием. На завтрак лучше приходить пораньше, к концу не остаётся выпечки.

Выбирала улучшенный номер, вместо него дали стандарт, но, в принципе, площадь у него была такая же. Напор в душе был очень слабый.

The location is relatively good because it is relatively close to the center! There are better ones.

We booked 3 rooms. The description and photos have nothing to do with reality the reality is very bad!!! The elevator has no sensor; it closes on people suddenly and doesn’t reopen, posing a serious danger!!! This happened to me personally. The cleanliness of the rooms is not up to standard, and there is a very bad smell in the rooms!!! The bathroom toilet seat is broken! The shampoos are the cheapest and lowest quality, with a bad smell, and there is no soap! The furniture is old and not in good condition. The view is very bad, facing between buildings or a ruin! Breakfast was supposed to start at 8:00, but from 8:00 to 8:30 the reception was still closed. I had an early flight, and we were delayed because of them and couldn’t have breakfast. The receptionist’s response was, “I don’t know and I can’t do anything! a shameful, unprofessional, and impolite answer, making you feel like they are doing you a favor!!! I do not recommend this hotel there are cheaper and much better options......

Gran hotel, con habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, con todos los servicios necesarios y ubicación práctica, cerca de los puntos clave para visitar. Desayuno variado y decoración moderna.

Solo hay un ascensor, el cual también utiliza el personal de servicio, por lo que el tiempo de espera es bastante largo y puede afectar a las personas con problemas de accesibilidad.
