Hotel Yeon

Very spacious room! Nice beds and great living room. Location is excellent if you want to explore Seogwipo. Nice restaurants nearby.

חדר ענק עם שתי מיטות זוגיות וסלון ושני חדרי אמבטיה נוח מאוד למשפחות עם טלביזיה ענקית. מיקום מעולה נוח לטייל באטרקציות בדרום 10-15 דקות ברגל לשוק האוכל ולמפלים. צוות מקסים שעושה הכל כדי לתת שירות מצויין. יש חניה פרטית מתחת למלון נוח מאוד. יש מיני בר חינמי וחטיפים ללא עלות נוח מאוד. קפה נספרסו בחדר ותה חינם. בקרבת המלון הרבה חנויות נוחות.

נוח שיש ארוחת בוקר שמגיעה בסלסלה נחמדה מאחורי הדלת בשעה 08:00 בבוקר. לדעתי צריך יותר לגוון לדוגמה להוסיף יוגורט או פירות. אהבתי את הביצים הקשות, הלחם, הקורנפלקס והתפוז. מה שהיה יפה זה שהם הבינו מה הטעם שלנו ושיפרו ביום שאחרי. הארון באמבטיה קצת מיושן. אבל החסרונות האלו ממש לא חשובים לעומת כל היתרונות של המקום.

second time staying here as I really like the location and the fabulous harbour sea view from my room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful which made my long stay a real pleasure. <3 Love that the hotel owner personally supervises the hotel management and he was so sweet to give me a thankyou gift for returning to stay at his hotel. Love that the hotel has innovated to provide QR code service in each room to enable hotel guests to a) communicate via text with the staff and b) to order food delivery to the room. Also love the daily free breakfast and free snacks in the fridge and the clothes sanitiser. Location is excellent as walkable to the centre of town and to Olleh market. Parking is free at the hotel

overall while i really enjoyed my stay i hope the hotel can improve in following areas: a) can we have a bit more variety in the daily breakfast hamper? It is the same as when i first had it 2 years ago. Variety will be nice for longer staying and repeat guests. b) hotel rooms starting to show signs of wear and tear although it was renovated a few years ago. There are scruff marks on a wall and cracks in floor tile in my room. Aircon also needs to have better cleaning as some black marks were visible. Mosquito net at balcony door had couple of holes which let insects in when i opened the glass door. c) lastly it would be nice if a shower curtain (or other solutions) can be placed in the bathroom? the small glass door doesn't fully block the water from spraying onto the dry area next to shower. Is not nice walking on wet floor in bathroom and some of us don't like to wear the same old pair of plastic slippers provided in the bathroom. Am sure the nice owner will take heed of guests feedback to keep improving Hotel Yeon. Despite these small issues I will be happy to stay there again on my next visit as the pros far outweigh the cons. Yeon is truly a gem in Seogwipo.

An amazing find. Felt so relaxed throughout our stay we did not want to leave. The room is a bit on the smaller side but with that view it’s worth a very penny. The breakfast idea was cute and we enjoyed the basket on the balcony. I hadn’t felt so much calm in a very long time but looking at the sunset form the balcony was top notch. Location is incredible we had no act yet moved easily throughout the island and I’m happy we stayed here rather than Jeju City. Staff was nice and smiling! Hope to be back!

Breakfast - which we ate on our balcony overlooking the bridge and harbour - was a highlight of our stay. Tasty, a good size and a novelty to have it delivered in a basket each morning. Loved it!

Aircon could have been a little stronger!
