Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for spa treatments. AS PORTAS DE ACESSOS, QUE SÃO DE CORRER, TRAZEM PERIGO ÀS CRIANÇAS, POIS NÃO TEM NENHUMA PROTEÇÃO. NA RECEPÇÃO MINHA NETINHA CHEGOU PRÓXIMO AO VIDRO PRA OLHAR O PARQUE E FOI ATINGIDA NO ROSTO PELA PORTA DE VIDRO QUE É DE CORRER. UM MOMENTO MUITO TRISTE PRA NÓS E OS ATENDENTES OLHARAM COMO SE FOSSE ALGO COMUM, ENQUANTO MINHA NETINHA GRITAVA DE DOR COM O ROSTO VERMELHO. HÁ NECESSIDADE DE COLOCAREM UMA PROTEÇÃO PRÓXIMO AS PORTAS DE CORRER PARA EVITAR QUE ACONTEÇA COM OUTRAS CRIANÇAS.

Não tomei café da manhã no local.

Achei a sala pequena e não podia usar livremente a sacada, pois não havia proteção na parte inferior do guarda-corpo e eu estava com um cachorrinho que poderia faclmente passar pelo espaço. Faltou também conforto no sofá-cama.

É limpo. Café da manhã delicioso mas não é bem um resort, área de lazer muito pequena, apenas 2 elevadores um ainda estava com problema o que gerava filas. Custo benefício em relação a um hotel não compensa.

2 elevadores apenas, vendedores ok tempo todo perturbando para comprar com participação e área de lazer minúscula.

Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, très varié, les mets de bonne qualité. Clairement digne des petits déjeuners brésiliens!

La plage horaire du petit déjeuner devrait être étendue à 10h30 au lieu de 10h. Les prix restent assez élevés pour se restaurer, malgré tout.
