Good accomodation. 10 min walk from the centre of town and chair lifts. Clean and good size.

No amenities for a self service apartment. Not even oil, salt and pepper. 1 toilet roll provided, no cleaning supplies (broom, mop, not even a disposable cloth/sponge or even paper towels).

Location was great. Easy parking out the front. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Keybox at the front door was good. Close to ski lifts and bus stop.

Poor communication from hosts. We had issues getting the keys and access on arrival and had to phone hosts to get key code. We never received the wifi code so we had to email and request this. The heating was inadequate and therefore the apartment was cold. Hosts never responded to resolve the heating issue - and it's a ski resort! The ski locker was not heated enough so our ski gear never dried. There is only one toilet for a 3 bedroom apartment and it smells with little ventilation. There was a lack of cleaning products and rubbish bins - not adequate for a 3 bedroom apartment. The lighting in the dining and kitchen was terrible which made it hard to cook and enjoy the space. Overall the hosts seem to lack the care and quality control needed to manage this apartment. It is a nice space in a great location, but the hosts really need to do better and manage this place better. We were very disappointed as we had travelled all the way from New Zealand for this.

The property is comfortable for 5 people and in walking distance to town.

The property managers are horrible. Firstly, they requested deposit of €450 few days before our holiday (which wasn’t mentioned beforehand) and the booking is non-refundable. The check in is at 4pm, so we arrived on time. The keys weren’t in the key box so we contacted the mangers, they took forever to answer and when they did they hung up. After several tries, they contacted the cleaning company only to find out that the cleaners haven’t even arrived. We stood outside in freezing cold for an hour and half before the cleaners arrived so missed the deadline to pick up our skis which meant wasting next day morning. Then we couldn’t even rest because they had to clean the apartment which took nearly 3 hours. After all this, they took the deposit twice which meant I was out of €900 and they wouldn’t agree to release it for 7 days. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS.

Good accommodation, the key boxes are very useful. Also well insulated, so no noise from the other inhabitants. There was enough room for the six of us and the beds are very nice!

There was only one toilet and the ventilation was not working very well. Owners tried to compensate that with a lot of air freshener, which made it a lot worse. Also, the table in the kitchen is a bit small, especially for larger people (180 cm +).
