Archer Hotel Tysons

This hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, with excellent amenities that enhance the overall guest experience. The staff are professional, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. I was assisted by Amily, who ensured that all of my questions were thoroughly addressed and that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Her professionalism and outstanding service are truly commendable and greatly appreciated.

First let me say, I have been to this hotel before because my company has their Holiday party at this location. However, this was the first time I stayed overnight. Let’s just say it wasn’t pleasant. It took the Valet over 15mins, to come and get my vehicle. I actually had to call him over to me and it was only one vehicle in front of me, which he was already processing. Why? The other valet gentlemen just stood there doing nothing. Lack of customer service and attention to detail not starting off well. Second issue, my company paid for parking for the holiday party, but doesn’t include overnight stay parking which is a difference of $10. I would have been happy to pay the difference but nope I had to pay the full amount $25. Brought this issue up when I arrived and they said let me check. Never got back to me, so when I paid the bill, I asked again and they told me I had pay full overnight price. I don’t like being nickeled and dimed especially when it comes to parking fees or any type of fees. I paid for a room, got room service as well, and my company booked their Holiday party there for a few years so why nickel and dime me on parking. I should have just stayed somewhere else. Third issue, my room was ok but the bathroom door has some weird stains on it and when I asked housekeeping about it and to clean it. They told me that it is permanently stained and the stains don’t come off. Now I understand that things happen when you have guests at your hotel but somethings need to be fixed and handled if you want to maintain your hotel’s status. The appearance of this door makes me think that this place isn’t very clean and your staff doesn’t care. I will not be staying at the Archer Hotel Tyson ever again. I’m over it. There are several other hotels in the area. Like for instance, I will be going to a comedy show this month in the same area at the Capital One Hall and I booked at The Watermark Hotel for my stay. Your loss not mine.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff also was nice.

I didn't really like that they only have valet parking. I would rather come and go without having to request my vehicle to be retrieved.

Beautiful hotel, staff and experience. Even in cold weather the location was warm and inviting. The rooms and bathroom area were very clean and sleek. Lastly, the proximity to malls and food is perfect!
