The room was very clean and the beds were comfy

No elevator and the steps were very steep. Being handicapped it was terrible getting our luggage to and from car. When asked to move to 1st floor were told there wasn't any available and since we prepaid didn't have a choice but to stay

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the balcony door did not lock, which was a significant safety and security concern. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, and the employee assured me that maintenance would be sent to fix it as soon as they were available. When we returned to the hotel around 9:30 PM that evening, the balcony door still did not lock. I then contacted a hotel representative by text message and was told that someone would come in the morning to address the problem. I explained that we were checking out the next morning and that spending the night in an unsecured room was unacceptable. The only response I received was, sorry for the inconvenience. In addition to the security issue, the room itself was not clean. We found stains on the towels, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and housekeeping standards. I requested compensation for having to stay in an unsafe room, but I was told to speak with the front desk in the morning. When I did so, the front desk staff directed me to contact two other individuals instead. I reached back out to the individual over text and was told that they would contact me once they arrived at work. I left my phone number and waited for a response, but I never received a call. The lack of communication, poor customer service, failure to address a serious security issue, and unclean room conditions made this a very frustrating experience. What was most disappointing was not just the problems themselves, but the complete lack of accountability and follow-through from the hotel staff. I cannot recommend staying here based on my experience.

How close it was to the beach and the pool location

No elevator. The doors had really bad drafts so when it was windy the rooms howled really bad. The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms are big enough for 2 queen size beds instead of 2 full size beds- recommending to upsize the beds. The entry doors do not have an inside flip lock for extra security, when you have little ones, that’s is needed so they don’t just open the door and walk out. That helps keep the little ones inside.
