Clean and comfortable. Liked having the kitchenette.

The only negative thing was the WiFi didn’t work. We were at the beach so it didn’t make a difference to us.

Location proximity to our normal places was good. Room was spacious but definitely needs more storage for things. Pool view room with the balcony was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee

We had to request sheets for our pull out couch upon getting in our room and also had to request additional towels to accommodate out 4 adults and 1 teenager. The 3rd day of our 4 day stay, we come back to the room from our afternoon at the beach to find fresh towels on the bed. We didn't request fresh towels and were not pleased someone had entered the room without our knowledge. I contacted the front desk and was told they do this daily and replace towels however none of the prior days had this been done and they didn't take any dirty towels when bringing fresh towels. Our concern is our personal belongings were out and they also wanted to mention our service dogs kennel and items that were in the room. When our reservation was made they were made aware that we would be traveling with a registered service dog because of them being a non-pet friendly hotel. Thankfully nothing was missing from the room and this didn't happen at all the rest of our stay.

Staff was friendly. We needed for nothing. Rooms were clean and maintained. Loved the poolside view.

Stairs were a bit steep and treacherous to climb with young children
