Fabio is very welcoming and has created a homely atmosphere. His breakfast in the upstairs cafe is delicious. His homemade granita is a must-try…simply delicious.

Not suitable for persons with mobility limitations due do outdoor and indoor steps.

It is impossible to write enough about this place and especially the owner. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful location and offers all the comforts. There was even a washing machine and an iron available, which we appreciated halfway through our travels. Mr. Fabio is incredibly kind and hospitable. Every morning he prepared a wonderful breakfast for us, and his friendliness and kindness are beyond description. Thank you very much, and we hope to return here someday.

Steps! We walked and it was exhausting… hundreds of steps.

A window over the front door couldn’t close and that made it a bit noisy

Very nice apartment next to the Duomo di San Giorgio. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a parking space (better for small cars) next to the apartment. Above our apartment is the Bar del Duomo, managed by the owner, where we had an excellent breakfast with Sicilian specialties every day. We highly recommend this apartment.

Everything was very good, only in the bathroom, which is not next to the bedroom, you can hear the hydrophore from time to time.

The hospitality is something special. We were treated to a fantastic breakfast every morning in the bar above the flat, and we were left wanting for nothing. The duomo di San Giorgio is literally next door. I look forward to returning and will stay here again.

The location was perfect. The owner who has the cafe above the unit is very friendly and serves an awesome italian breakfast. Tne cafe above the unit closes at 4pm, so did not bother us at all.

Nothing worth a mention.

The property is a cosy house with everything you need. The bar is just above the house where you can have a great breakfast, where you can find the very friendly and helpful host. The location is fantastic. Located around the cute old town of Modica.
