I booked 2 nights through Expedia on July 12- July 14. My flight was delayed, so I arrived early on Sunday, the 13th, to check in. I was told my reservation was cancelled. I requested to stay the remaining night, but was told there were no rooms, only to find out later that I was charged for the 2 days. I find this ridiculous because I had to go to another hotel to stay. This is fraudulent.

Great hotel. Very clean and spacious. Loved the in-hotel restaurant. Amazing breakfast and service. Shanell was so helpful and attentive. I was traveling for work, had my 7 yr old son with me and have dietary restrictions. She made us feel so welcomed and accommodated us with all we needed - including even complimenting my son on his manners. She’s a standout and star here.

Hotel itself was great. Very clean and updated rooms and common area. What puts them at 5 stars is the staff. Every employee I walked by greeted me including 2 I passed by in the parking lot. I highly recommend!
