"Fantastic hotel in Raleigh area!"

This is our go-to hotel for Raleigh visits. Super clean, newish, and the most friendly staff. We have a student at NC State and discovered this place a few years ago, can’t recommend enough. There are many hotels to choose from, but this one stands out from the crowd because of the people! Each and every person we have dealt with over the years at the hotel have been super professional and welcoming. One person I want to mention is Shanell who works at the Starbucks and Bar in the lobby. She makes my day every time and really has a way with people, we look forward to seeing her on our visits. We always hope she is working when we are here and she is part of the reason we keep coming back! In fact, we are staying at the hotel right now and today is her three year Anniversary! Happy Anniversary Shanell! Great hotel and people!! We’ll be back…..

Comfortable room/bed. Very nice outdoor seating area to relax in the evening. People very friendly and efficient.

The pool is very small. Not a varied wine selection at all - just poor 'house' wines available.

I paid $952 for a 3-night stay and was shocked by the lack of basic amenities and poor service. There was no coffee machine in the room, no complimentary water bottles, and when I asked for silverware, I was told there’s no room service — I had to go down to the lounge to get it myself. To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned at all during the stay until I had to call and request housekeeping. For the price I paid, this was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting comfort, cleanliness, or basic hospitality.

Bery clean, updated hotel with excellent breakfast and dinner options, loved that they have Starbucks and that shopping for anything right outsole, also very close to I40, overall excellent stay!
