Please note that reservations for more than 10 rooms are considered group reservations and are subject to advance payment or cancellation by the hotel. Please note that the hotel only accommodates small pets (up to 15 kg); It is mandatory to present an updated vaccination card with up-to-date annual vaccinations (V8, V10 and V12, rabies and deworming). Pet stays have an additional cost. As the animals' stay is subject to availability, you must confirm it in advance with the hotel. According to the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8,069/90), all minors must present a written authorization if they are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. Minors under 18 must present an identity document with a photo and an original birth certificate or certified copy, even when accompanied by their parents. Accommodations for children under 7 years old is free when occupying the same bed as their parents. Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
