Me gustó el diseño y la distribución de las habitaciones y el hall, la ubicación excelente, volvería de todas maneras.

Poco y nada

No había toallas para secarse porque supuestamente no les había llegado la lencería, el hidro masaje cuando ingrese se denotaba sucio, estaba lleno de sarro, y aún habían pertenencias en el baño al parecer de anteriores huéspedes. Un horror

Las habitaciones, fueron confortables. El aseo de las habitaciones estaba bien. Mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones y el personal del hotel. Fuera de las habitaciones se percibía mucho desorden.

En toda la entrada entre el ascensor y la habitación mantenían un carro de limpieza estacionado, lleno de basura y toallas sucias. Causaba mal olor y no permitía movilizarse a uno de forma adecuada. Adicional en el check in nos cobraron una tarifa diferente a la publicada en Booking, "por temas de impuestos". Nos ofrecieron cancelar la reserva de Booking y hacerlo directamente con ellos para no generar un costo adicional, no aceptamos ya que nos generaba desconfianza. Así que nos toco pagar demas. El precio final debería estar en la publicación de Booking para no generar malos entendidos ni incomodidades.
