Me gusta su ubicación, siempre vuelvo con el personal y la limpieza que mantienen

Han desmejorado, tengo aproximadamente 3 años quedándome ahí siempre que voy a Bogotá, ya no tiene tarjetas para abrir las habitaciones ahora tienen llaves, la ducha bota agua y moja el baño, no habían mantas provisionales en la habitación, ni agua caliente para el té como antes

El staff que nos atendió el domingo fue muy amable e intentó reubicarnos en un mejor apartamento, pero los disponibles estaban todos en iguales condiciones.

Las fotografías no coinciden con la realidad. Los apartamentos estaban desorganizados y sucios. Comedor desarmado en el balcón, sala arrumada, sin toallas limpias, suelos muy sucios.
