The staff was great, cleaning was exceptional, nice lagoon, well taken care of territory, a la carte was not bad as well, great food, also on request they gave us amazing orthopedic pillows, loved it

The walls are made of carton, you can hear your neighbour snoring, literally, the drinks were meh, very low quality

Классный отель. Территория не большая но все очень хорошо расположено.номер с бассейном классный одно удовольствие если не в сезон лежишь у себя на террасе плаваешь загораешь . И никуда ходить не надо. Бассейн теплый очень подогреваемый

В отеле нет безалкогольного пива. Это вот упущение для людей кто не пьет алкоголь

I booked 2 swim up rooms and 1 family swim up room. The rooms were spacious. The water pressure is very good and I had no issues with hot water. The housekeeping service was impeccable. Serap was the housekeeper for my rooms and she was amazing! Always left ‘towel art’ in our rooms and would give extra amenities when requested. The food in the buffet was a key highlight. Breakfast was the same each day but lunch and dinner was different everyday (except for a few options which were available everyday). Food was tasty and the service in the restaurant was excellent.

The water park/beach was not open for the first few days of my stay and this was not stated at the time of booking. Management said it was due to the weather but it seemed like it was due it not being cleaned/prepared in time. However, when it was open, it was enjoyable. The steam room broke during my stay however management got it working after 2 days. The sauna was available as an alternative.
