"The best of many. Top location and property"

Great location right next to the Oracle precinct and Oasis complex. 5mins to Kurrawa. The two bedroom ocean views are north east facing so all day sun. Newer property so everything in great condition.

It was great location and very clean apartment

There was only one issue which is a bigger building issue - when it is windy the wind whistles through the windows which can be annoying when sleeping. The windows need better sealing.
