KHSGSGOur first time staying at Sunway Hotel Big Box. Must say it was a pleasant stay, in particular like to mention the following experiences. 1) Check-in and out was a breeze. Front office personnel made the whole process prompt, seamless & fuss-free. Thank you. 2) Facilities were ample and rather fitting for the kind of short stays at the location. Suitably designed for young families and that probably comes with fixtures and fittings subjected to a greater need for maintenance. I don't envy the challenges facing the property on this though😬 I can only wish you to the best in your endeavour🙏🏼 3) Buffet breakfast was well managed given the long queue. Must compliment and commend Lily (I hope I got her correct), who was managing the queue & facilitating the turnover of the tables. Fantastic job she did, along with the rest of the ladies & gentlemen on the floor, clearing and re-setting the tables. Appreciate the professional work, especially with those waiting in the queue closely watching their every move and effort as they go about their duties (if they don't know this by now🤣) 4) At the lobby, the little things like cookies on arrival, parking arrangement, personnel offering their advice/ assistance with direction, recommendations, orientation of where is everything located, is very helpful for new visitors like us. Thank you. 5) Finally, one suggestion on EV charging Had planned to charge my vehicle while we stayed there but the 'parking fee' became a deterrent. Hope the property would consider imposing an "Idle fee", after the charge is completed (with a grace period of 15mins) rather than the current flat whole day fee. This would deter parking beyond the charging period, while also allowing other users to charge their vehicle. For your consideration. Thanks very much

SGI liked that the location is near to Tuas Checkpoint and Legoland. Also alot of amenities
The room had small ants. And from the cafe downstairs the music was on and loud it'll midnight. Being at 5th floor still not high enough.
SGGreat location. Good place to stay if visiting Legoland. Rooms are fantastic size. Service staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Parking is also free.
Maybe have face or hand towels.
