Viva Mare Beach Hotel

Nice and quiet location, but still very close to Sozopol. Plenty of pools, the beach is 50 meters away, and the restaurant is very good choice for the whole day. Rich breakfast. The hotel still smells like brand new, and is well maintained. Pillow menu, free coffee and water for the first day. Very clean garden in the complex, and supermarkets are available. There is option for sea sport activities, and swimming lesions. Definitely will come back

We booked a garden view on booking.com for a family get away for few days and ended up having a parking view!!! I would not come here had I known that. We had other options to chose from. Disappointing.

Great spot, within walking distance of town, but quiet and spacious. Great deal at this price point, excellent staff too. My only issue was that gym wasn’t well equipped for the size of the hotel. Definitely recommended.

We stayed (2 adults and 1 child) for a week in this new hotel. We thought that the hotel is excellent. The location is also great as it is just 5 minutes by car to Sozopol and at the same time you are in a very well maintained forest/park with all the calm you would need for a nice holiday. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi area also very nice. The hotel is very modern, with nice furnishings and up to a high European standard, with nice balcony. We also enjoyed very much the restaurant, which has nice meals and music. Overall, the feel is somehow sophisticated. We didn't go to the beach next to the hotel, so can't comment, as we went around Sozopol as there are many beach possibilities with different atmosphere. Overall, we were very satisfied and we will go again.

For the price od 180€ Per night with all inclusiv, you get only a good room. Never again. In this area on Bulgaria you have att less 1000 better offers. You get only sleep and 3 dishes. You go to hotel beach which is very bed. Dirty and you don’t get beach towels, no sun beds everything’s taken early morning. From drinks on beach bar you don’t have Coffe and that’s not normally ( every other hotel offers Coffe). You could drink beer and juices 2-3 types. Inside hotel and pool you have to pay for sun beds. And all drinks. So at this hotel all inclusive is actually full board only. The food for lunch and diner is ok regular stuff only.
