Great location, just around the corner from heaps of restaurants & bars. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Looks like it has recently been renovated, so all amenities are quite modern. Breakfast was nice

"Hotel eine Baustelle und nicht geöffnet trotz bestätigter Buchung und Zahlung"

Das Hotel war trotz vollständig bezahlter Buchung nicht geöffnet und eine Baustelle. Wir sind Mitten in der Nacht angekommen und wussten nicht, wohin. Wir wurden weder vom Hotel noch von Booking Com informiert. Damit begann der Urlaub mit Stress. Das Geld für die Buchung haben wir zurück bekommen. Durch eine gezwungen ne Neubuchung in einem anderen Hotel sind uns erhebliche Mehrkosten entstanden, die wir bei Booking.com nun einfordern. Das Santa Maria City Hotel scheint nicht seriös zu sein.
