Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja aamiainen hyvä. Sijainti loistava.

Ensimmäisessä huoneessa onnettoman pieni parveke joka saatiin vaihtaa ensimmäisen yön jälkeen. Seuraavassa huoneessa ei suihkun viemäri vetänyt kunnolla vaan vesi jäi seisomaan pitkäksi aikaa ja kun oli vain pieni suihkuseinä vettä tuli pahimmillaan huoneeseen. Erittäin tunkkainen sisäilma ja onnettomat nämä yhtenäiset vuoteet joissa vain yksi iso lakana ja päiväpeitto, toki sitten oli lisäpeitto. Todella vähän mitään tilaa vaatteille.

The Staff are all very professional, attentive and genuinely care about their guests. Alex on reception is so professional. Offers amazing customer service and answers all your questions and addresses your concerns. He is a credit to the Santa Maria City Hotel. The breakfast is amazing also. The rooms are very clean and hotel is clean also. Definitely a must stay in the city of Rhodes.

Absolutely no complaints.

Разположението на хотела е перфектно ,близо до плаж ,близо до централна улица магазини и ресторанти, ,близо и до стария град , Пълно спокойствие и тишина през ноща Много добра закуска и приветлив персонал! Първата ни резервация беше за три дни, всичко ни хареса много в хотела, решихме да удьлжим престоя си .с още няколко дни. Благодарим Ви за гостоприемството !
