The Mattress was dirty and had many stains on it, The Lock for the hotel room was also dirty with blood stains, The Bed Covers all Have Cigarette Holes in them, The Window Doesn’t Have a Handle to open nor close, The Vending Machine only has water and no other options to drink. The Hotel Is also an hourly hotel so I Didn’t have to spend the amount I spent to stay. No Microwave in the room Just a fridge. There is a Roku tv which is a plus but will make random sounds once turned on. The only clean and plus about this hotel was the bathroom. The Bathroom was very clean and nice besides the shower head coming out of the wall it was an okay bathroom.

Location and comfortable bed

They booked me a smoking room, even though I’m a non-smoker. in the room that they switched me to, there was unflushed urine in the toilet, a used food bag in the fridge and the shower discharged only very cold water.

Nothing

The reception staff was the worst had an attitude everytime i spoke to him. The room was untidy not suitable for a good night sleep with a weird stink all around the room.

Not one thing

I am requesting an immediate refund due to an unacceptable experience at your hotel by far the worst I have ever had at any location. Upon arrival, it took over 10 minutes to check in, as there was no one at the front desk. When the associate finally returned, the check-in process was disorganized and he failed to clearly explain how to get to our room. Once we entered the room and placed our belongings down, my daughter immediately noticed something on the refrigerator. When I went to check, I found roaches both on the outside and inside of the fridge. This was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. We reported the issue right away and were offered another room with a king-size bed. Unfortunately, that room was in even worse condition, with a strong, unbearable odor. There were multiple additional issues throughout our stay, including a malfunctioning elevator that appeared to still be in operation, which is a serious safety concern. Given these conditions, I am requesting a full and immediate refund. This experience was unacceptable, unsanitary, and unsafe. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately.

De kamer en badkamer waren schoon

Geen haardroger op de kamer, bij vragen aan de receptie kregen we te horen dat als de haardroger niet op de kamer is dan is dat zo, ze hadden geen droger voor ons De schoonmaakster was wel behulpzaam en regelde een haardroger. Strijkplank en strijkijzer, zelfde als met de haardroger. Geen ontbijt aanwezig in het hotel. Magnetron in de hal.

El hombre que trabaja en la recepción algunas tardes es antipático, muy maleducado y parece aportar menos al hotel que un jarrón que tienen para sostener unas flores de plástico.
