Een personeelslid had duidelijk geen zin om te werken en mij vriendelijk te woord te staan. De anderen overigens wel. Locatie is niet de moeite waard als je daar heen gaat voor Barclays Center.

To much noise in the hallway. The smell of weed was to much. Have to ask for towels. Nobody clean the room in those 6 days, have to take out the garbage, ect.

I liked that there was no Security Deposit to pay for this hotel.

The Rooms smelled like someone was smoking in their previous to our stay. The floors were filled with dust and mildew in corners. There was stained pillow sheets. The room doors are not sound proof (I could hear everything outside)

The staff were friendly and truly did try to make things right when we switched out our room. You could definitely tell someone had been smoking in the room prior to us. They gave us a better room that was an upgrade.

Unfortunately, guests continued to smoke in their rooms so you could smell it. It provided a safe and clean place to lodge…so I suppose it served its purpose.

Lowest price.

The Area the hotel was located, wasn't great. Bare lightbulbs on the wall lamps next to the bed!! No chair in the room. Pillows were tiny. They have hourly rates?????Gee, not a great look in 2026!
