The rooftop pool is incredible. Really loved spending time up there. The property is really close and walkable to everything in Playa. I traveled solo and felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable! Very nice stay overall.

Loved it here! Couldn’t recommend enough! Clean, A/C, quiet, great water pressure in shower, wifi, clean pool - can’t ask for much else!

Loved this property. Easily walkable to 5th avenue, the beach, Walmart and Xmas club. Rooftop pool was. Dry nice. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very responsive management. If you have a message, Simon,y email the manager and he will take care of any issues you have. Highly recommend

The condo was beautiful. Overall it was a great place great location! The process was seemless.

I lived that it is close to many restaurants, shopping mall and the ferry to Cozumel.

Very Noisy Building!!! Just about every one of these modern new roof pool type buildings have a severe noise problem. Halls are nothing but concrete and it creates a noise tunnel. Loud voices and slamming doors will drive you totally crazy. Most guests are young speak very loudly 24/7. You will hear everything they say 24 hours a day. Property was not at all as described, but when I complained the listing was updated but neither lister or Orbitz admit the mistake. Pool on roof, bed, bath are nice. There is laptop workroom area but the a/c remote is gone so its hot in there and nobody ever uses it as so hot and muggy. It borders an airport for helicopter and small planes. That noise is nothing though compared to all the human noise, and its daytime only. Location is good as close to ADO bus and most everything, including beach.

Property in excellent condition. We had a 2am check out and there was no problem. I have been in Playa several times and I would say this is one of the most convenient locations. The only downside is the construction next door. It will probably keep going for a few months.
