Clean, well organized hotel. Helpful and nice stuff. Perfect location. I definitely recommend the place.

飯店很新，進出入要按密碼很有安全感！一樓有微波爐、熱水爐和簡單的免洗餐具可以用！10樓可以看到京都塔很美！ 房間跟照片一模一樣，浴室很大是優點，大概可以攤開三個行李箱，但冰箱沒有冷凍！！枕頭是雙面的兩個材質，可惜床會搖。

駅から徒歩5分ぐらいなのに騒音もなく静かで快適でした。フロントの方もとても親切でした。

Great staff and convenient location

This is definintely a budget stay location. A short walk from the train station once you know where you are going. The rooms are smallish and basic and not that comfortable, although the automated access process may suit some travellers. Beds were a little form for our liking and the pillows insubstantial making the sleep quality not the best. The location is a little awkward from the station unless you get the right exit and it feels a little isolated to much of what is happening in Kyoto.
