Rakuten STAY Kyoto Station

Worst hotel in Kyoto where I have ever stayed. 10 reasons why I do not recommend this hotel. 1) Room cleaning service: Only one day per a week. This is only available when you stay more than 1 week. It is only available on Monday and Friday. 2) Towels: Every day new towels except mat towel. Mat towel is provided only once per a week. 3) No front desk service: There is no front desk service in the early morning and evening time. 4) No bottled water: I think most of hotels provide 1~2 bottles of water every day. But this hotel does not provide any water at all. 5) No luggage keeping service: This is very huge impact for travelers. I requseted my luggage keeping at front desk via online because nobody was at front dest. And a not Japanese and not english speaker showed up and he said that they does not provide luggage keeping service. And he said to me to use "Coin Locker" at the station. 6) entrance key: Entrance key is necessary after 6pm. But one night, it didn't work. I put my PW many times but I could not open the door. And I tried to call the service counter many times at out side of the hotel. I should try for 30~40 munites to call and open the door at midnight. It took more around 40 minutes to enter the hotel that night. 7) Air conditioner: No automatic control. It works all the time. 8) Refrigerator: Not that cool enough. 9)No Razor, no toothbrush does not provide a razor, And no toothbrush provided(I had only one) 10)Bedclothes: Winter bedclothes in summer

Hotel was good. Location was okay. Would be better if there was laundry as well.

Automatic check in out of hours which was a bit off a faff when tired, but worked fine. Great room and toiletries, no room service to tidy up for but clean towels every day. Reception had a shop open until 6pm and a microwave with cutlery etc. Staff were friendly and helpful when we checked out. Located near the main station and 15 min walk from the underground, 7-11 very close.

Det var jättebra och rent! Varje dag fick man nya handdukar hängda på dörren i en påse! Fräscht och mycket fint! Hade fin utsikt över Kyoto från mitt fönster.

ビジネスホテルよりも部屋が広くキレイ。駅に近いのでビジネスにも最適。連泊してよかったです。

新式入住經驗，需要使用一組密碼，樓下小賣店值班人員很體貼，9點-6點賣店營業時間！房間設備齊全。

不是每天都有人執房, 需要自己將用過的毛巾放在門口收集, 然後職員會換一袋乾凈的毛巾掛在門口. 另外, Check-in的員工同時是店舖的嬸嬸, 她不太可能與你用英文溝通

景色最高！駅タワーの俯瞰！新しいビルなので気持ちいい！部屋広く、トイレと別の洗い場付き風呂、良かった。桶があったら湯無駄にせず済んだのに〜、シャワーの温度安定しない時有り！毎日の掃除無しでタオル類の交換のみもいい！ベッドメーキングフランス式?でなくドイツ式?もうち好みで良し！封筒に体入れるようなの嫌だったので！テーブルもベッドサイドに置くと2人で食事時に椅子1つでOK！部屋狭くならずに済む！テーブル辺りか窓際にスポットライト照明が有るともっと良かった！いつも夫早寝で私のみ夜ふかしなので〜！1Fでお茶コーヒーわかめスープ他スプーンとか置いて有り、レンジも有り良かった!タブレットのチェックインも教えて頂き以後3日間問題無し！駅寄り近所にコンビニ有り!駅迄の道順も簡単！駅南のアバンティはMac　　DAISO　GU ドン・キホーテ　しまむら等急な買物に便利！交通博物館にタクシーで、大阪空港に行くバス乗る前に行く時間あって良かった！京都駅自体が北側と南側(八条口)への行き来がわかりにくい〜問題！伊丹空港は八条口から出ているのに乗ったので便利でした。国内外のHOTEL予約時口コミ参考にしてますので〜初めて書いてみました。洗面台が別に有るといいな〜といつも思う!海外でもHOTEL自炊なので〜！勿論食べ物のカス〜ご飯粒とかは、トイレに流しますよ〜詰まると大変なので〜！！

予約番号が機能せず、コールセンターに電話をするもなかなか通じず、やはり無人ホテルには限界があるなと感じた。その他、チェックイン前後の荷物預かりのなさなど、やはり不便なことがある。 駅からは歩かなければならないので不便。前の通りがそこそこ大きいので週末は暴走族の音がダイレクトに上がってくるので耳栓が必須である。
