Kaab At The Park by The Spot Rentals

The property is super modern and clean. Nice roof though the pool is pretty small. For the price, it’s An amazing value and everyone is very nice and helpful. The park across the street is gorgeous and has many activities. I think this is a great spot for a long term stay; it’s about a 25 minute walk to La Quinta.

We could have had more towels, the pool looked bigger on the website than it was. But for the price it was amazing value.

EVERYTHING - THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. Yellow stains and hairs on the sheets, dirty apartment, nobody to help AT ALL. The owner and concierge basically don't care - they just want your money. I had to wait nearly 24 hours for someone to help. They didn't even send me the code to access the building on time. This is not a tourist friendly place - no one speaks English and there is no one to assist if you have a problem. No privacy, noisy building

We changed our plans at the last minute to go to Playa and visit friends, we booked this condo while standing in the lobby with our friends. The host was prompt and made sure the room was made up and perfect for our stay within 30min of us booking - even though it was last minute. The apartment was well furnished with a fully appointed kitchen and washer/dryer. The half bath was functional and the ensuite was beautiful with a large shower with nice pressure and hot water. The king bed was comfortable and everything was clean and modern. The underground parking was very secure and there were excellent security practices overall. The common areas were very enjoyable and the rooftop pool was excellent. I would highly recommend this unit particularly for longer stays as all the amenities are excellent. There is a large Chedraui within 2 blocks, a beautiful park across the road, several good restaurants nearby and many expats who live in the building.

The only downside of the condo is the location, we had a rental car which made getting around easy but if you were walking you may find the walk to Quinta Avenida too far (20 min) or you may not feel comfortable walking it, particularly at night. Getting to and from the beach is also a lot easier with a vehicle but we saw many people on bicycles and on scooters so that is another option.

It’s very spacious, luxurious and well equipped, it’s walking distance to the supermarket, it’s 10mins drive away from the xcaret and xplor. It’s also 10mins away from the city center.

Everything is perfect, totally exceed our expectations. Huge, quiet, close to park and many supermarkets. 20 min walk to city center, thanks to that you don’t hear music all night long.
