"Waste of money for the accommodation. ."

Location was fine. Very good in taking the advance payment 😝

AC was not working. Fan was not working. TV not working. Power socket not working. Toilet hose water was flowing very little. Western toilet flush tank takes minimum 20 minutes for the subsequent usage.

"Robbery in the rooms."

They lost my brand new expensive shirt, just a day before my interview and the staff were very unprofessional. I am pretty sure they robbed it, the owner of the property Mr. Kumaran is also a very unprofessional and irresponsible individual. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here until and unless you want to get your stuff robbed.

"The Stay is good for those people with more work outside and little time to spend in the Hotel room."

The location is good. Communication to places from the Stay is good one. The location is neat and clean and the staffs are good. The hotel has proper connection as it seems to be in a posh area. As it is a Eco-Stay (Home Stay) and not having a Canteen, getting food/Tea is tough one as you have to move out to nearby market.

The room doesn’t have smart tv so spending time was a bit tough. The Cable TV has major South Indian Channels and little Hindi & english channels. I booked for my family (we have three members), but the bed is enough for two people only. The WiFi was bit slow during my stay.
