The hotel is clean and most of the staff are friendly. I found a fruit platter in the room.

i was charged in dollar whereas the Egyptians should pay in egyptian pound. the receptionist mentioned that Booking.com charges the guests not the hotel. The room had two beds. They were very narrow - i almost fell off at night (I have strained lower back muscles). The breakfast had a bowl labelled brown sugar but i found that it was something else "unidentified" when i used it on my cereal. there is no entry from the reception hall to the restaurant so i have to go out of the building and use stairs to the resaurant.

Clean

The property charged me in dollars whereas it should charge in Egyptian pounds based on Egyptian regulations. We were a group of 4: 3 Egyptians and a Swedish guest. The Swedish guest only should be charged in USD The room had 2 single bars and the beds were too narrow. I was about to fall at night especially that I have strained my back and couldn’t not move properly The breakfast buffet had a bowl marked brown sugar but when I added it to my cereal it turned out to be something else - not sugar.
