Bathroom items not labeled. Didnt know what was shampoo or conditioner. Water leaks from shower into bathroom because no door. Breakfast is only average. Include pastries and coffee machine for latte options.

Hallway are very loud. So you can hear everything happening in the hallways and hear the elevators regardless of how far away your room is from the elevator. Suggestion to Hermann: Mute the elevator audio
